 |  So, a few weeks ago I was at Chick-fil-a with my family having dinner. I young guy walked in asking people for money to feed his family. We didn't have any cash (we paid with our debit card) but I offered him the other half of my chicken salad sandwich. He took it and walked to the next table. The manager then took him aside and asked him to leave, so he did. A few minutes later 2 managers approached me and asked if I was the one who gave the guy a sandwich. I said yes (scared I'd be asked to leave too) they said we apologize for ruining your dinner. I said it didn't, it's fine, don't worry. Then the lady manager said you have a very kind heart and we'd like to give you another meal and 2 cards for free sandwiches as a thank you. The point is that we should be kind and help anyone when we can. The Lord sees and blesses us right back - sometimes immediately. I was also happy that my two kids got to witness that. | I was having problems at work; so on June 14, 2011 I received a call from HR and was told that the position I had applied for was given to me and my pay was going to go up.
